NUMBER OF STUDENTS I WILL BE BRINGING THAT ARE NOT COVERED BY JUDGES AT THE RATIO OF ONE JUDGE FOR EACH FOUR (4) STUDENTS:

A judging assistance request form from any college which cannot meet its judging commitment of one qualified judge for every four (4) students entered in the tournament must be received by the Director (Eric Fletcher) TWO WEEKS PRIOR TO THE TOURNAMENT.

A fee of $100 per uncovered slot in your heaviest pattern is charged if a judging assistance form is received by the deadline.

A fee of $125 per uncovered slot in your heaviest pattern is charged if no Judging Assistance form is received by the deadline and provided judges can be found.

The tournament director reserves the right to refuse entry to any student not covered by a qualified judge if this request is not received by the deadline.
